Some of you may remember our disastrous mouse experience. We promised Jaxon a new pet months ago, but we finally got one that we (I) hopefully won't kill.
So, let me introduce our new Beta fish, Figaro. Jaxon named him from the pet fish in Pinnochio (which may actually be the pet cat, but that's okay).

Much better than the mice. Less stinky and if it gets out of its home, well, its just a whole lot easier to catch. :)

Oh, I totally remember us chasing that mouse around the living room.
That was horrible, but hilarious.
I love pets named for opera characters (our cat is Tristan, you know!). Congrats on the new addition to the family!
